About Percival Landing Park

Percival Landing Park is a public park in Olympia, Washington. The first period of Percival Landing Park was finished and opened in 1977, with the second stage opened in 1985, and the third stage in 1988. The previous Unocal Tank Farm site was obtained by the City of Olympia in 1996, and is currently an open lawn. The stop includes a 0.9-mile promenade stretches out along the eastern shoreline of the West Bay of Budd Inlet from the Fourth Avenue Bridge to Thurston Avenue. The recreation center highlights a cut Orca by Olympia craftsman Joe Tougas, who contended an indistinguishable work for Yashiro, Japan, Olympia's sister city. There are a few occasions held every year at Percival Landing Park, including Harbor Days and "Sand in the City", and also the Wooden Boat Festival.
