Palace Playland

Palace Playland is a regular event congregation situated in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. It has worked on a similar site since 1902. In the 1900s, Palace Playland's startup decade, the then-little entertainment mecca focused on a roller skating arena and contiguous carousel. Straightforward summer refreshments were served, for example, lemonade and salt water taffy. In the 1950s, Palace Playland was worked by future broker and giver Bernard Osher, a Maine native.

In the 1970s and '80s, Palace Playland was noted for working a 1910 Philadelphia Toboggan Company merry go round. In 1996 the important antique was pulled back from administration and moved to Ohio. In the 1990s, Palace Playland guaranteed to be "New England's biggest pinball and video arcade." A manual essayist prescribed the recreation center to "enthusiasts of the flashy.
