Orenco Woods Nature Park

This Park is an association between the City of Hillsboro and Metro in protecting one of the biggest staying open spaces along the Rock Creek Greenway hallway. The 42-section of land stop includes a beautiful mix of moving scene, open knolls, riparian natural surroundings and forested territories for an assortment of winged creatures and untamed life. A system of circled trails and scaffolds weave their way through the site furnishing guests with an assortment of encounters. A portion of the Rock Creek Trail goes through the recreation center interfacing with Orchard Park and to the Rock Creek Trailhead at Rock Creek Bouled only north of Highway 26. Over a century prior, Orenco Woods was a piece of the Oregon Nursery Company ORE-gon, N-ursery, CO-ompany, the biggest nursery on the west drift and best known for Orenco apples. Orenco Woods offers a nature themed play area that incorporates components, for example, a stream channel with water pumps and sand zones, logs, a vast net climber and swings. A secured outing cover is accessible for rental.
