About Old Town State Historic Park

The Old Town San Diego State Historic Park gives guests a glance at the town's Mexican and early American history, and offers open doors for shopping and eating. It was likely established in 1820 by deactivated Mexican officers who had done their military administration at the Presidio or in the fortification on Presidio Hill, both of which are situated here.

A large number of the noteworthy structures, including ious adobe houses, have been repaired. Additionally situated here are fascinating shops and eateries with outside porches. The Old Town State Historic stop is the most gone by state stop in California. There is no affirmation charge.
