About Lake Bixhoma

It is situated on Bixhoma Lake Road around 7 miles southeast of Bixby, and 2.2 miles south of U.S. 64 and the group of Leonard, Oklahoma.1 Built in 1965, it is arranged on Leonard Mountain at a rise of 899 feet 274 m above ocean level, about 300 feet 91 m over the rise of Bixby 600 feet 183 m above ocean level, and was initially worked to supply crude water to the city.
