Kootenai National Forest

The Kootenai National Forest is a national timberland. It is arranged in the far northwestern territory of Montana and the north easternmost lands in the Idaho. There are adjacent officer district work environments in Eureka, Fortine, Libby, Trout Creek, and Troy, Montana. Around 53 percent of the 94,272-area of land 381.51 km sq. Cabinet Mountains Wilderness is arranged inside the boondocks, with the alter lying in neighboring Kaniksu National Forest.
