Farm River State Park

Homestead River State Park is a secretly worked, openly claimed entertainment zone on the western shore of the Farm River estuary in the town of East Haven, Connecticut. Free to the 62-section of land state stop is constrained and drifting is confined to those with passes acquired from Quinnipiac University, which deals with the recreation center for the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.

The recreation center contains marshland, tidal wetlands and a rough shore that hosts fledgling species including ducks, gulls, frigid egrets, and blue herons. The recreation center sits along the estuarine bit of the Farm River, which starts as a freshwater stream 16 miles 26 km toward the north in North Branford. Stop exercises incorporate nature trail climbing, winged creature watching, and angling.
