Arastradero Preserve

Arastradero Preserve, is a nature save that secures a large portion of the Arastradero Creek watershed. The protect contains a plenitude of untamed life, including deer, wildcats, coyotes, snakes, and numerous types of winged creatures. The Pearson– Arastradero Preserve has 10.25 miles of trails for climbing, biking and horseback riding. While huge numbers of the trails are open year-round, a few trails are assigned as "regular" and are shut at the trailhead briefly after substantial rain.

The save and the encompassing zone are living spaces for the California mountain lion. There have been tenable reports of mountain lion sightings in these zones as of late.
