Thai-Chine

The Thai-Chinese Cultural Centre is a relatively new attraction and is an institution created to preserve the art, culture, lifestyle and philosophical principles of the ancestors of today’s Udon Thani Thai-Chinese community. It was opened after five and a half years of construction on the 6th of January-2013. Motto of the institution is to preserve the art, culture, lifestyle and philosophical principles of the ancestors of today's Udon Thani ,Thai-Chinese community.

There is a beautiful garden of the centre which was created in Chinese style, themed as '24 manners of gratitude, the garden of a thousand year old morality'. This cultural focus includes a lovely garden, a coffee bar and the Moral Museum, which has amazing presentations about the historical backdrop of the Chinese people group in Udon Thani, Chinese culture and Confucius. A little Chinese Orchestra plays Monday and Tuesday from 4 PM.
