About Summer Palace of Peter the Great

The Summer Palace of Peter the Great was worked between 1710– 1714 in the upper east corner of the Summer Garden that sat on an island shaped by the Fontanka waterway, Moyka stream, the Swan Canal otherwise called Winter Canal and has the railings of its northern border running along the left bank of the Neva stream opposite the Cabin of Peter the Great and Peter and Paul Fortress and was the principal royal residence worked in Saint Petersburg, the second biggest city in Russia.
The Summer Palace was first arranged in 1710 by Peter the Great and worked by the Swiss Italian designer Domenico Trezzini, who expounded the Petrine Baroque style of Russian engineering, as a two-storied stone working with four-inclined material.
