Tampa, Brasov

Tampa is a mountain, part of the Postavarul Massif, positioned in the southern part of the Eastern Carpathians as a substitute classified as inside the Curvature Carpathians and nearly absolutely surrounded through the city of Bra?ov. Its elevation is 960 m 995 m in step with some resources, almost 400 m above the town. The mountain is in most cases made of limestone formations, having risen up steadily from the Earth's crust. Most of the mountain 1.5 km² is a d nature reserve, due to the uncommon animal species and plant species a rare Liverleaf variety, Transylvanian Windgrass which can be discovered there.

A wide variety of routes to the summit exist: there are 25 winding paths cut in 1837 by Bra?ov's forest management; Gabony's stairs; the Knights' street, courting to the times of the Bra?ovia fortress; and an automobile road. A cable vehicle makes the journey between the cabin/restaurant Casa P?durarului at the base of the mountain to the Restaurantul Panoramic, on its crest, in beneath three mins. The view from the summit is magnificent, presenting a wide ranging view of the city; on a clean day, the whole Burzenland is seen.
