Axintele

Axintele is a commune in Ialomita County , Muntenia , Romania , inclusive of the villages of Axintele, Barbatescu and Horia. At the cease of the 19th century, the commune was a part of the Ialomit County Field field and comprised the Axintele and Barbaescu villages with 1317 population. A primary faculty and a church constructed in 1823 functioned in the commune. The village of Horea, then referred to as Vadu Pietros , changed into a part of the neighboring commune of Fundu-Caani from the neighboring Ialomit-Balta vicinity of ​​the same county.
