About Halogaland Bridge

The Halogaland Bridge is a suspension bridge which crosses the Rombaksfjorden in Narvik Municipality in Nordland County, Norway. It is the second one longest bridge span in Norway. The bridge is a part of the European Route E6 motorway. It became built to shorten the using distance from the city of Narvik to the village of Bjerkvik with the aid of 17 kilometers and from Narvik to Bjornfjell, through European Route E10 by using 5 kilometers.
