Vasudhara Falls

The Vasudhara Falls are among the must visit places in Uttarakhand. It surges near the holy city of Badrinath. The cascading falls summons the nature addicts and the ones craving for its ethereal beauty. One can feel spellbounded by these Falls by visiting it during May to June when the portals of Badrinath temples are opened. 

Being one of the most mesmerizing spots in Uttarakhand, the Vasudhara falls cascade from a height of 400 feet, about 122 meters above the sea level. The belief runs that only those who are pure and sanctified can savour the beauty of these falls. Nature lovers and pilgrims experience this undiluted beauty and the cool ambiance all around during May to June. 

Trekkers can trek to the falls and pass pass through the Mana village and Saraswati temple. The trek can be a little tough on the path but the stunning view makes it worth. One can end the trek with a grand feast to their eyes, the beautiful Vasudhara falls flowing from a Herculean mountain cliff.
