The sight is regular of the crowded bazaars of Indian cities - a potpourri of various carriers and artisans, buying and selling and making a selection of articles. The wholesale markets for several goods are in Narayana Mudali road, Govindappa Naicken avenue and Rattan Bazaar. The place around Kasi Chetty avenue and Mint road is famous for buying and you can still discover forms of north Indian chaat and other cuisine.
