About Raj Ghat and Gandhi Memorial

Located at around 4km from Janpath, this prominent place is famous all over the world. This is one of the most significant places in India. Here at this place the father of the nation- Mahatma Gandhi was cremated following his assassination. Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated by Nathuram Godse in the year 1948 by a gun.
