About Holy Cross Church

Holy Cross Church, Matheran changed into built in 1853 by way of Catholic people who were involved in constructing sports in Matheran and become rebuilt in 1906. Till 1947 this church had a resident Priest. After that it became served through the Priests of Our Lady of Glory Church, Byculla, Mumbai. At gift this church is served by the Fr. Calistus Fernandes, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, Karjat and maintained through the Roman Catholic Cathedral Trust, Archdiocese of Mumbai.
