Krefeld Zoo

The famous Krefeld Zoo is well known among locals and visitors, it is a zoo in the city of Krefeld, Germany, spent significant time in administration of Primates, carnivores, fauna from the African savanna and tropical winged animals. The Zoo was opened on 22 May 1938, as a young training place at the Grotenburg Park, where the zone intended for the Zoo was half of the aggregate stop zone, where somewhere in the range of hundred species were kept in 40 fenced in areas.

The principal chief Heinrich Janßen was beforehand executive for the common history exhibition hall. In 2012 another fenced in area for gorillas opened, and in 2014 another for penguins. Since 2014 the Zoo likewise has its own Veterinary facility.
