Samtavro Monastery

Samtavro Monastery together with Svetitskhoveli house of God and Ji religious community are one of the fundamental rights of the chronicled town of Mtskheta, found approximately 20 km from country's capital Tbilisi. It is trusted that congregation was worked in the fourth century by King Mirian III of Iberia.

These days Samto is exceptionally well-known vacationer goal in Mtskheta with significantly more noteworthy prevalence among Georgian devotees - it's constantly swarmed here.
