The River To River Festival is a yearly expressions celebration with occasions held in June in Lower Manhattan in New York City. The celebration incorporates free music, move, film, visual workmanship, verse, plays, and different expressions occasions that are free and open to the general population. The lead accomplice for the River To River Festival is the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council. The River To River Festival was established in 2002 by the Downtown Alliance, American Express, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Battery City Authority, Arts Brookfield, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, and South Street Seaport.
The Festival was made as a push to revive the Lower Manhattan people group after the September 11 assaults by advancing social action and making Lower Manhattan a critical affair of New York City's history, craftsmanship, and trade. Lower Manhattan Cultural Council turned into the lead coordinator and maker of the Festival in 2011. This year, River To River is 11 long periods of free exhibitions, establishments and occasions in indoor and outside areas all through the area and highlights driving craftsmen from New York City and around the globe. Tourists come here from all over the world with their family and friends.
