• 20 Days in advance ---------- 75% refund
• 10 Days in advance -----------50% refund
• 1 week in advance------------ 25% refund
• Less than 7 days ---- No refund
• * These cancellation policies are official but we will always try to give maximum refund
• Based on the refunds we get from the booked hotels.

• For high end premium, luxury hotels, resorts, houseboat etc the refund procedures are very strict
• And may differ from above which we will inform you before you make the advance payment.
• For normal 3 star and deluxe hotels we will be more flexible.
