On your arrival in Guwahati, you will be picked up from the airport or railway station where you will be meeting the travel representative. From there you will drive to Shillong. En-route, visit Umiam Lake, the local market, the Don Bosco Monument, Ward’s Lake, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydari Park.

Post breakfast, check out and move towards Shillong peak, where you will be able to get a magnificent bird’s eye view of Shillong. Also visit Elephanta falls before leaving for Cherrapunji. En route, you will get an opportunity to visit Nohkalikai or Seven Sisters Falls- a seven segmented waterfall. Transfer to the hotel for the night. In Cherrapunjee you can visit the Nokhalikai falls, Seven Sisters falls, Dainthlen falls and Mawsmai cave.

Post breakfast we proceed for a full day trekking to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge DOUBLE DECKER at Nongriat Village. We have to trek down 3200 steps approximately each way to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge. We can further trek down to the Rainbow Falls which take about 60 to 90 minutes from the Double Decker Living Root Bridge. Evening return back to Cherrapunji. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

After breakfast drive to Dawki – the border town between India and Bangladesh. In Dawki you can also see the Suspension bridge above the Umngot river. The suspension bridge was constructed during the British rule. You can also enjoy country boat ride in the Umngot river. After that drive towards Mawlynong- also known as the “cleanest village in Asia”. You can observe the cleanliness of the village by taking a short walk. Post lunch visit the nearby Riwai village and walk around the Single Decker Living Root Bridge. Return back to Shillong. Overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast set to explore Jowai. The scenic beauty of Jowai attracts tourists since many years. The sight-seeing includes Durga Temple, Krang Suri Falls and Nartiang Monoliths. Lunch on the way. By evening return to hotel. Overnight stay at Shillong.

After having a delicious breakfast, you will be checking out from the Shillong hotel and moving towards Guwahati. Upon arrival at Guwahati, you will be transferred to your hotel where you need to check in first. Then later, you can visit the local sights of Guwahati like War Memorial, Kalakshetra, and Umananda temple. Later in the evening you can opt for shopping or enjoy river cruise at mighty River Brahmaputra. Come back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Have a hearty breakfast on the final day of the tour. After that you will be checking out from the hotel. You will be driven towards the railway station/airport.for your onward journey home, with a bag full of sweet memories.
