• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 25% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancelled before 30 days before arrival.
• 50% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancelled before 15 days before arrival.
• 75% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancelled between 15 to 7 days before arrival.
• 100% cancellation charge if cancelled between 7 to 1 days before arrival.
• No refund is possible in case of cancellation after the tour starts.
• No refund is possible if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil/political disturbance, or anything beyond human control.
