• For Flights: For Air Tickets you need to pay full amount as we will instantly book & forward the tickets to you at the same time. To book tickets we need full payment + Name as per passport OR your passport copies.
• Land Package(Hotels + transport etc) : You have to deposit booking amount INR 15,000 /- (Fifteen Thousand Only) initially as a booking token amount to lock the price and process your booking which you can make instantly through the below link using your credit/ debit card :-
• 1. Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
• 2. 30 to 15 days- the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
• 3. 15 to 7 days- the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
• 4. Less than 7 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
• 5. No show -Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
• • All services including the hotel and room category are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• • Under Dubai Governmental Law, the Tourism Dirham fee AED 10/- to AED 20 /- per room per night will be charged to guests if not included in above mentioned inclusions.
• • Rates are not valid during any exhibition and supplements dates.
• • Rates are subject to change in case of any hike in airport taxes, visa fee, fuel charges, hotel rates, transport rates or government taxes.
• • Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and charges.
