• To confirm the package only 25% of the total tour package cost must deposited in our company’s account with a screenshot. After receiving the payment a booking voucher will be issued to you which ensures the hotel, Cab/ Volvo and other services & must be carried along during your Journey. The Remaining 75% of the Payment will be collected during your tour.

• Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
• Extra Bed Means extra Mattress.
• A.C will not work in hill stations.
• Heater charges are extra.
• The car may or may not have power windows.
• The transportation cost is subject to change if there will be hike in the rates of Fuel.
• IN case of vehicle not going to Rohtang Pass by any kind of new or old guidelines proposed by NGT-National green tribunal /Supreme court, Holiday triangle will not be responsible in any case.
• If vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass the guest will have to bear the expenses on his own if he/she wishes to go to Rohtang pass.
• Booking procedure
• You have to pay 30 % amount to book the package.
• Remaining amount you have to pay at the time of arrival.
• Cancellation policy
• Token Amount is non- refundable
• Between 30 -15 Days prior of arrival – 0% of tour cost
• Between 14 -07 Days prior of arrival – 50% of tour cost
• Between 07- 04 Days prior of arrival – 75% of tour cost
• In case of cancellation within 3 days of arrival date it will be considered as NO SHOW and there will be 100% cancellation charged of total amount of tour package cost
