Bali Sutha Tour Service has a detailed and specific cancellation policy that is important for customers to be aware of:
- No Fee: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- 10% Fee: If you cancel between 6 and 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, a 20 percent cancellation fee will be applied to the total booking amount.
50% Fee: If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, or if you do not show up at the designated meeting point on time, a 50 percent cancellation fee will be charged based on the total booking amount.

- Notification: If a hotel is found to be unavailable, the customer must be notified immediately.

- Staff Responsibility: The staff's key responsibility is to ensure this double-check is completed and the customer is informed of the outcome before any payment is made.
