» Cancellation & Refund Policy: In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
30 or more days prior to departure – 20% of total purchase amount
7-29 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount
4-6 days prior to departure – 75% of total purchase amount
Within 3 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount
Day of departure or no-show – 100% of total purchase amount
Unused features are non-refundable. In addition, there is 6% handling fee added on to the above penalties.
The cancellation fees listed here will apply to all reservations, unless the tour booked has exceptions listed under the “Special Notes” section on the itinerary page.

Requests received later than 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
