Hits: Hotel location and the hotel, Itinerary timings; Trip Duration; Places covered; ease of picking the tour. Misses: Airport pickup mess up; Welcome Kit; missing out on Marina Mall as mentioned in the itinerary, but rather covered some other place as a compensation. Which is fine for us.
