Very good Customer relationship. Need to improve on their vehicle selection. They have provided Wagon-R for long distance travels and Tata Sumo for Local sight seeing. This should be vise-versa.
The roads leading to Darjeeling and Pelling are not good, so it would be better to provide Tata Sumo or any other big vehicle for long journey and small car for local sight seeing. Overall, it was a nice experience with customer friendly drivers and back office executives. I strongly recommend UTKARSH TRAVELS for this circuit tour.

sincerely speaking I am find Indian hill stations a waste of time and money. govts in the respective states are not working properly to enhance tourism.utkarsh were a good team but a bit immatured or should I say it was my fault that I couldn't explain the my needs .lodgingand food were at there worst in all the hotels and resturaunts. IN TOTALITY IT WAS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY INDARJEELING AND SIKKIM. NO GOOD DESTINATIONS FOR TOURISTS.
