Hotel Rooms in Manali is good but no hot water. Every time I need to call reception. And the service person need to come to our room. Wanted to wait for 15 to 30 mins for Hot water. ON my last day, there was no hot water at all. Hotel in Shimla was not good initially. I requested reception to change my room and they provided me another room. Although second room was good, it was too small and also Bathroom was not so clean. Hope such rooms are not booked in future for any travellers.

I really feel great to write this review about global trip holidays. We had an awesome experience planning a trip with them. They made everything so easy for us to plan our trip that we just had to pack our bags and leave for the destination without worrying about anything.
