Welcome to God’s own Country. On arrival, our representative will greet you at Cochin Airport and then transfer to the hotel , half-day city sightseeing tour of Kochi. The major attractions for tourist are St. Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets, Santa Cruz Basilica, Jewish Synagogue, Jewish Street, and Mattancherry Palace/Dutch Palace. Today your stay would be in Cochin. (Attn: Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue closed on Friday & Saturday.).

  • 100% Refund will be made within working 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
  • 50% Refund will be made within working 15 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
  • All Hotel check in 1pm, check out 11am. Due to cool weather, Munnar & Thekkady stays are Non AC, and Car AC shall be switched off at Hill Stations Your Travel Quote Includes :- 1) Sightseeing and tours as per day wise itinerary. 2) Stay 5 Nights a base category Double bed room at mentioned / similar hotel. 3) Hotel CP Plan Meals - 5 Breakfast Included. ( Hotel Set Menu). 4) Sightseeing & transfers in Private AC Dzire Cab OR Similar sedan car. 5) Driver expenses, fuel, toll & parking Charges included. 6) Local taxes. Travel Quote is valid for next 5 working days, pricing are prone to change due to change in demand, taxes, fuel pricing etc. on request , premium and luxury hotel options quote also can be shared. Travel Cost Excludes 1) GST 5% on total invoice value. 2) Any sightseeing which is not in the itinerary plan. Any early check in or Late check out charges. 3) Any Airfare, Train Fare or Bus Ticket can be arranged on extra charges. Any thing which is not mentioned in inclusion list. 4) Any Room Orders, any Extra meals other than included, Mini Bar, SPA, Mineral water, Entrance Fees to all places, Laundry, Coolie charges, Guide Charges, Camera Fees. 5) Gypsy – Safari or Jeep Rides, Boating, Cable Car, Elephant / Pony rides, adventure activities, Cultural Activities and Shows, Usage of Chargeable items in Hotel. 6) Any extra cost occured due to problems of flights, train, local strike, any law & order problem, Bad weather conditions, sudden vehicle malfunctions or similar kind of issues. 7) Please book Periyar lake boating seat online directly on authorised portal www.periyartigerreserve.org , pl prefer 3.30pm timing slot because travelling from Munnar to Thekkady takes longer hours. Important Points to Note: 1. The above is only a Quote, We are not holding any rooms or flights, Prices are dyanmic and prone to changes. Hotel rooms will be subject to availability at the time of Confirmation. 2. It is mandatory for all the guests to carry Original Photo Address Proof like Aadhar Card etc. (Pancard not applicable), otherwise hotels may deny check in as per policy. 3. The cab will be BLOCKED for certain kilometers & fixed route driving as per day wise plan. If you change the sightseeing or route then it will be chargeable extra directly to the Driver. 4. Driver Duty will be available since morning 0800 Hours to evening 1900 Hours, Extra usage hour / late usage will be chargeable extra along with night allowances. 5. We offer Kumarakom hotels for premium bookings, and standard & deluxe hotels in Alleppey, both places are having almost similar backwater locations and boatings. 6. We offer base category rooms at hotels and please suggest us before finalisation for higher rooms. Choice of specific floor or rooms, nearby rooms in family groups are not possible. 7. Meal menu are managed & served by hotel as per their own menu plan and cuisine basis, we will not guarantee any specific menu plan choice. 8. No refunds shall be possible if any sightseeing cannot be done due to bad weather, bad road conditions, traffic jams, hotel or taxi strike, vehicle problems, Holidays / off days – closed days. Payments, Cancellations & retention policy 1. All cancellations / postponements shall be done after receiving email or documented request from the booking Named Person only. 2. Advances 50% to pay at booking, and balance 50% can be paid min 7 days before the travel start date. 1. Cancellations Before 07 days of tour start date : 30% of the total land package tour cost shall be retained as cancellations. 2. Cancellations Within 06 days of tour start date Or a No Show : No refunds,Full tour cost shall be retained as charges. 3. We had an excellent experience with Shri Gajanan Tours. As the safari booking in Tadoba was not available, they suggested Pench National Park to us. We accepted the suggestion and are really glad to have accepted it! Our booking was from Nagpur to Nagpur. We were a group of nine persons. Brand new AC Traveller was arranged for our pick-up from Nagpur station, which was at the station even before the train reached Nagpur. They had booked Tiger n Woods resort for us near Touria gate. The resort is just fantastic with all natural surrounding preserved! The log huts have a beautiful view of the jungle and are equipped with AC as well as Air cooler. We were delighted not to see TVs in the rooms! Bathrooms and toilets are super clean! Delicious tasty food is served in the restaurant. All hotel staff is very hospitable, helping and cheerful. The owner, Mr. Aditya, is also very friendly and looks after every minute detail for comfort of the guests. The Touria gate for jungle safari is just five minutes drive from the resort, which is a big advantage in case of morning safari, which is at 5.30 AM. We had booked 6 safaris and were very fortunate to have tiger sighting in 4 of them! The travel agent also arranged a safari from another gate on the day when Touria gate was closed. We got to see other part of the jungle too! After check out too we were picked up in time and dropped to Nagpur station. It was really a great experience for all of us. Thanks to Shri Gajanan Tours.

We have just returned from our trip away and we couldn't fault the service, from start to finish. Our trip was a relatively last minute decision and Gopal was thoroughly helpful. Giving us choice of hotel to stay in and organising our transportation, guide and tiger safaris. We were met at the airport with flowers and a basket of fruit, drinks provided on route to our hotel and then handed over for our trip. I would thoroughly recommend Shri Gajanan Tours and would happily use them again.
