General Terms & Conditions Vehicles & Tours

1. Modification of Terms

Car Booking reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, services, and pricing at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

2. Privacy Policy

Car Booking is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used only in accordance with this policy. The privacy policy may be updated periodically without prior notice.

3. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Car Booking is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of such websites.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made via Cash, Bank Transfer, Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
• Outstation bookings: 30% advance (non-refundable).
• Tour packages (Hotel + Car): 60% advance (non-refundable).
• Balance payment to be paid at pickup.
• Services will be confirmed only after payment is received.
• Delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, breakdowns, or other unavoidable circumstances are not the responsibility of Car Booking.
• Car Booking is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

5. Tour & Hotel Conditions

• Tour will operate as per the finalized itinerary.
• Changes may be made due to safety or unavoidable circumstances.
• Valid ID proof is mandatory for travel and hotel check-in.
• Standard hotel check-in: 1:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM.
• GST as applicable (transportation and packages).

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made directly through Car Booking (email or helpline).
• Advance amount is non-refundable.
• Cancellation before 5 days of travel: 50% of total booking amount charged.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations or mid-tour cancellations.
• Best efforts may be made to reduce charges, at management discretion.

7. Vehicle Breakdown & Liability

Car Booking is not liable for delays, changes, or expenses caused by vehicle breakdowns, natural calamities, political unrest, accidents, or similar events.

8. Distance, Time & Charges (Outstation)

• Distance and time are calculated garage to garage.
• Toll, parking, and state taxes are payable by the customer.
• Minimum 250 km/day charge for outstation trips.
• AC may not function in hilly areas or while parked.
• One day is counted from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM; extra charges apply beyond this.

9. Package & Lumpsum Hire

• Pickup and drop points must be pre-confirmed.
• Route or destination changes may result in revised charges.
• Rates are subject to fuel price fluctuations.
• Misbehavior or abuse toward the driver may result in trip termination.

10. AC Usage in Hills

AC usage in hill areas is allowed only if mentioned in the booking confirmation. The driver may temporarily switch off AC for vehicle performance.

11. General Guidelines

• Travel type must be disclosed (family, group, etc.).
• Luggage is limited as per vehicle capacity.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Ensure hotels are accessible by road and have parking.

12. Local Use (Delhi NCR)

• Minimum 8 hours / 80 km applies.
• Toll, parking, and NCR taxes are extra.
• Night charges apply after 10:00 PM.
• AC does not operate while the vehicle is stationary.
