Cancellation Policy

Please note the following cancellation policy for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra:

2 months before departure: Loss of deposit (25% of the total yatra cost).
30 days to 2 months before departure: 20% of the total yatra cost will be charged.
15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total yatra cost will be charged.
Less than 15 days before departure: 80% of the total yatra cost will be charged.

Important Notes:

This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra with Skywheels Travel.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to admin@skywheelstravel.com and confirmed by Skywheels Travel in writing.
While it is extremely rare, in the unlikely event that we are unable to obtain the Tibet Travel Permit due to external or administrative reasons, the full booking amount of ?25,000/- will be refunded.
The cancellation date will be determined based on the date and time Skywheels Travel receives the written cancellation request.
No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the yatra, including flights, accommodations, or meals.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or medical emergencies, Skywheels Travel may consider a partial refund or alternative arrangements. Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates) may be required.
This cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice.
