Experience is very good, Travel agency also helpful, but I think the communication between travel agency and Transport agency is not so good. Cabs driver misguide on few cases for extra pocket money, say on Kufri he suggest one horse travel agent who was very bad, he took the money from us and not leave us 2 km away from destination point. The Agent name is "KD". another case was cabs driver drive from Manali to Chandigarh on service root, the root is dangerous and almost 100km more that Highway root, I think he did this as because he can show the KM distance more for more money. At last cab driver not leave us on Chandigarh station, travel agency arranged two auto to leave us.
"Travelers must know these things so in that cases they will not harass"

It was a very good experience with the said co. We are totally satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Thakur & he was was very much co operative & the driver was also very good.
