• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• * Package is completely Non refundable
• Each guest must have a valid passport with the minimum validity at the time of travel
• Entering in Singapore is completely sole discursion of Indonesia immigration authority. We are not responsible for any kind of revoke of entry by immigration authority.
• Singapore visa approval is subject to Singapore immigration authority
• Water sports is strictly depend on weather condition. If the weather is not good we will try to provide you the alternate tour if available. No money will be refunded
• Check in / Check out. Most hotels worldwide observe 1400-1600 Hrs. as Check-in time & 1000-1200 Hrs. as Check out time. If the Tourist/Group arrival is before or departure is after the normal check-in or check-out time, the Company is not responsible for additional charges levied by the hotel or travel component supplier and such charges are to be settled by the Tourist/Group directly with the hotel or travel components supplier.
