Within the 1960s, with the pavement of the so-referred to as "top notch avenue" - which connects the coast of Parana to Foz do Iguacu - it changed into determined to build a detour from the segment that handed via the central region of Cascavel. The ultimate course gave upward thrust to Avenida Brasil and Avenida.
