Perm International Snow and Ice Sculpture Festival

Held every year in Perm, Russia since 1995, Perm International Snow and Ice Sculpture Festival has become one of the most adored highlights of tourism in Russia. This is an international competition where participants from countries like Switzerland, France, Mexico, Moscow, Germany and many other countries take part. There are two different categories of Snow Sculpture and Ice Sculpture. It is generally organized during the month of February when the temperatures are at their lowest.
