Berenty Reserve

Situated by the sides of the Mandrake River, Berenty Reserve is a private reserve which is famous among the tourists for the many rare species of birds that have made it their home. Owls and Couas are two of the many endemic birds that can be seen here. It is also a great place to watch lemurs closely.
