About Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge
In the Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge you can investigate in excess of 9,800 sections of land of swamps, timberland, and fields that shape a U.S. Essential Birding Area, which has worldwide criticalness to more than 270 types of transitory water feathered creatures. There are a few exercises you can appreciate in the asylum including chasing, angling, climbing, ecological examinations, natural life review, and photography.
You can advance along the Ferguson Bayou Trail and the Woodland Trail by walking, bike, or skis, or pick the Wildlife Drive auto course. The Green Point Environmental Learning Center offers a further over two miles of climbing and crosscountry skiing trails and regular instructive projects
