About Rowlett Creek Preserve
The trail is generally flat, containing a mixture of tight, twisting paths and open straightaways. This area is popular with hikers and off-road bikers, frequented by members of the Dallas Off-Road Bicycle Association. The trail is 15.6 miles long, constructed on a staked look system that allows trail users to create paths ranging from one to 15+ miles long.
The trail head is in the middle so you can go north or south. The south section is flat and built for speed. The Rowlett Creek Preserve with grill and multi-use trail. There is a levy built along the creek to help with flooding.
