Lookout Pass Ski & Recreation Area

Lookout Pass Ski and Recreation Area is a ski region in the western United States. It is at Lookout Pass on Interstate 90, on the fringe of Idaho and Montana, five miles 8 km east of Mullan, Idaho. It has a summit height of 5,650 ft 1,720 m on Runt Mountain with a vertical drop of 1,150 ft 350 m on the upper east confronting inclines. Post Pass works five days for every week shut Tuesday and Wednesday amid the ski season, and day by day amid the Christmas excursion break. The territory has tripled in estimate since 2003; new landscape was opened toward the southeast-confronting inclines on the Montana side of the fringe in December 2003, and on the northwest-confronting North Side in Idaho in 2006. There are three twofold chairlifts and one triple chairlift at Lookout Pass, whose normal yearly snowfall surpasses 350 inches 890 cm.
