Bison Witches

While the Bison Witches sandwich shop may have started doubtlessly that Lincoln's outlet of the southern brand satisfies its name. Believe it or not, found only a short distance from the Lincoln Children's Museum, this great BBQ joint come shop is a genuine all-American treat. The menu ranges from chicken and cheddar splashed nachos to Wisconsin cheddar and bacon bread soups, great Tex-Mex bean stew to veggie servings of mixed greens. The piece de protection must be the scope of sandwiches however. The Angel has an incredible turkey and serving of mixed greens combo; the Beef and Brie overflows a kind of French appeal, yet it's the Smoke Stack that takes the bread – a combination of Russian mustard, smoked meats and cheddar!
