Indian Railways Implements Track Management System In All Its Divisions

Indian Railways has experienced huge development in track management system by implementing E-enabled Track Management System along with Mobile Application of TMS. This will provide various alerts in the form of SMS and E-Mails to concerned departments right from Jr. Engineers if any maintenance is required in tracks. The introduction of this IT platform to Indian Railways will definitely help in smooth maintenance of tracks and will ease work of related departments. Recently, Union Railway Minister, Suresh Prabhu inaugurated the implementation of TMS system in Indian Railways. Along with him, several senior leaders associated with railway departments were present in the inauguration ceremony. 

The successful implementation of TMS is the dedication of Railway Department who has done tremendous work in this regard. This IT system will help in easy tracking the large statics data and ensure deep analysis of the issues, defects and will help in developing large resources. This is a successful example of e-governance where now Indian Railways are heading. For better implementing and tracking, TMS Mobile Application is also developed where complete details can be accessed on mobiles and tablets. The implementation of this system will help in easy track Inspection, maintenance, and monitoring various activities.
