It was a nice trip everything was according to the commitment by travel agent.Hotel specially devonshire green was the ultimate property at Munnar .We have very pleasant stay at Munnar but in Thekkady it was not good to spend time there we could stay one more day at Alleppey we have only one day to stay at Alleppey we really enjoy in houseboat it was a different experience we are happy with our entire trip...
The driver and hotels were good as per my requirement. It was a good tour with family and we enjoyed it.
Very recently I took a package tour for Allepey and Munnar through your agent SNOW WORLD TOURS & the trip was run by Mr.Brian Matthews. The tour was taken on 24rd and 26th oct. 2015' with pick and drop from Kochi airport. During my entire trip your agent never ever took our whereabouts and it was always me who used to call him up for information then also his mobile was always on unreachable mode. He used to call back at his own convenience only.To add on my trip was costing 16000/- INR with stay at ALLEPPEY HOUSEBOAT AND MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING. Fine. I paid him online 5000/- advance some 3-4 months back only. Upon my arrival at Kochi airport he never mentioned that he would like to get the rest of the payment then and there only for which he created a fuss and harassed us that he will not let us enter in the houseboat and that he wanted his payment right now. I must tell you that this person was fortunate enough that I did not file an FIR against him. His name is BRIAN MATTHEWS. We had to make hurried online payment. He kept on harassing and abusing me and my husband over the phone. I have done various package tours but have never met such a rash fellow.
