About Verkhnyaya Pyshma
Verkhnyaya Pyshma is a town in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, found 1 kilometer north of Yekaterinburg. It was established in 1660 as the town selo of Pyshminskoye, which was named after the Pyshma River. A copper mine opened here in 1856. Town status was conceded to it in 1946. Town improvement in 20th century is firmly identified with copper creation. The production line called Uralelectromed created here and in 1990s it turned into the primary organization of UMMC holding. The organization Ural Locomotives is likewise situated there, it produces present day Russian trains and prepares, for example, 2ES10 the most amazing Russian train and Lastochka rural EMU dependent on Siemens Desiro.
