About Ilva Mica
Ilva Mică to the residence of the commune with the equal call in Bistrita-Nasaud County, Transylvania, Romania. The Monument of the Romanian Heroes during the First World War is a memorial of a pass-type monument, being located at the Leşul Drum. The cross became erected in 1938 in memory of the Romanian infantrymen fallen in the First World War. It is manufactured from stone and concrete, and the fencing is secured with a fence fabricated from concrete pillars, joined with a steel chain. On the frontispiece there may be a quick memorial inscription: "The Heroes of the Gentile / 1916 to 1919 / The Gratifying Country".
