About Taku
Taku is a metropolis positioned in Saga Prefecture at the island of Kyushu, Japan. The city was based on May 1, 1954 thru the merger of several cities and villages. The temple is host to fairs at some point of the year. Usually college students from the local colleges take part in dances carrying colorful dress. In October 2008 the city of Taku celebrated the 300th anniversary of the temple via web hosting a huge pageant that covered traditional costumes, dances and a religious rite.
