About Mount Asahi
It is a mountain arranged in the town of Higashikawa, Hokkaido and the tallest mountain in the Japanese island of Hokkaido.
It is a bit of the Daisetsuzan Volcanic Group of the Ishikari Mountains, it is arranged in the northern bit of the Daisetsuzan National Park.
The mountain is standard with pioneers in the pre-summer and can be adequately come to from Asahidake Onsen by methods for Asahidake Ropeway. In the midst of winter, the mountain is open for use by skiers and snowboarders.
Sugatami Pond, direct underneath the zenith, is notable for its impression of the apexes, snow, and steam making tracks in an opposite direction from the volcanic vents.
