At a distance of 1 km from Shimla Railway Station and one hundred ninety m from Shimla Old Bus Stand, Baba Bhalku Rail Museum was inaugurated on 7th July, 2011 as a tribute to the person who guided the development of the rail line with his top notch natural powers.
