Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park

Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park also known as Western Park is a waterfront park. The park is named after Sun Yat Sen, the first president and founding father of the Republic of China. It is the single park in Hong Kong named for a Chinese historic figure. It is also the first park in Hong Kong to commemorate contribution of Dr Sun as the father of modern China. Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park provides an excellent quality of life boost to the city. The statue of Sun Yat Sen is surrounded by a large round grass lawn. From this location visitors can get spectacular scenic & excellent view of the surrounding.
